What is a square?  A square is a roofing measurement for the area of a roof. This is calculated by taking the total area in Square Feet and then dividing it by 100. 100 Square Feet = 1 Roofing Square. 

The prices are for commercial and residential roofing projects , included are the "tear off" of one layer of old roofing system & 2 sheets of new decking to replace damaged decking.

Shingles have long been a favorite as they provide a great deal of value at a competitive price. The very bottom choices on the chart are Timberline Ultra & Camelot GAF, these are highly decorative shingles that can make any home look like a castle!
