2. Service Plan Options
Option A: Bi-Annual Service
Frequency: 2x per year – Spring & Fall
Includes:
- Full roof inspection & attic if accessible
- Debris removal
- Minor sealant reapplication
- Gutter cleaning and downspout flushing
- Digital report with photos
- Priority scheduling for emergency calls
- 5% discount on repairs and replacements
Price:
- Residential: $595/year – Property Managers $200/year
- Commercial: $1,495/year – Property Managers $850/year
Option B: Annual Service
Frequency: 1x per year – Anniversary of completion date
Includes:
- Full roof inspection & attic if accessible
- Debris removal
- Minor sealant touch-up
- Gutter cleaning & downspout flushing
- Digital report with photos
- Priority repair scheduling for emergency calls
- 5% discount on repairs and replacements
Price:
- Residential: $350/year – Property Managers $100/year
- Commercial: $995/year – Property Managers $650/year
3. Optional Add-On Services (Priced Separately)
- Skylight cleaning & sealing of exterior: $75–$150 each
- Drone-based inspection & mapping: $150–$300
- Debris removal from roof surface: $75+
- Extended warranties on repairs: $150–$300/year
- Emergency service response upgrade: $99/year – This optional membership gets you to the top of the emergency response list. Tarps are $99 per (versus $500 per as the normal cost).
- Tree Trimming: Custom Price Per Project
- Additional trips get 30% discount off single trip cost for each trip
4. Terms & Conditions
- Valid for 12 months from signature date
- Service scheduled with client coordination
- Repairs quoted separately if necessary
- 30-day cancellation policy with prorated refunds
- Helps maintain manufacturer warranties
