2:  Everyone working here makes more than $20 per hour.

3:  We will not storm chase or door knock to solicit business. Through effective online placement we are there when a potential client needs us.

4:  We will give back to the community.  We have always given back and you can find a list in our Community page.  As members of Austin Gives we are part of a large coalition of Austin Business Leaders who believe in the power of our civic duty.

6: World Class Customer Service means we have to do something no one else does. 

So  we DO!

*    We have a Free Online Re-Roof Estimator. Our proprietary software developed for your convenience.

*    We send a Thank You Letter after every project big and small.  We ask for your review of our services so that we may always continue in our pursuit of World Class Customer Service.

*    We donate 1% of gross income. This is usually free roofs to Community First! Village, a community for the formerly homeless. But also towards children's homes parties & sponsoring local little league baseball.

7:  We are fully Insured.  I bet you can guess that roofing insurance is expensive.  Yes it is, but it protects some very important people!
     
General Liability -  $1M / $2M for you, the client, in case we, the roofing company, do a poor job and will not remedy the work.

Auto Insurance -  $1 Million blanket -  Our trucks are heavy but our drivers are kind :)

Workman's Compensation  -  This is for our employees.  It provides up to a lifetime income if an employee is hurt on the job. 
     
8:  Only if we believe there is real storm damage, will we suggest you submit a claim to your homeowners insurance company.

9:  We will respect our clients by being On Time to appointments.

10: We will respect our clients by staying On Budget.

11: We will respect our clients by always being Honest.
